There's so much that has happened since I started working with Todd:

Todd is an excellent match for me. Whenever I get anxious and start to spin with random questions filled with "hows", he never patronizes nor does he discount what I'm feeling. Rather, he redirects in a very kind way. He helps ask the right questions to get me on track to what I can do. He reminds me to do what I'm good at and what inspires me. This program is what I needed to get where I am.

Knowing that all successful people have coaches makes me feel like I'm in an elite group of people. I have someone who supports me and wants to see me succeed quickly way and in a way that works for me. I am accountable to someone - myself - and Todd holds me to that. Friends support us but also join us in our many self-doubts. A mentor acknowledges our doubts but doesn't support them.

This process is and has been extremely important to me. It's about a career change and not a hobby. It's about a shift in my mindset and accomplishing what I say I will. It's about doing what I love AND getting compensated nicely for it.

I am writing to specifically thank Todd Greenbaum for his constant support, assistance, guidance, and knowledge.
